BEWARE

The Ulrich's purchased our Grandmothers home we are living in through the probate Atty Neuman in Niles that they do business with, their business cards are in his office. When my Aunt wouldn't produce the will, my grandmothers house had to go to probate to be sold. We offered 20k before this but she wouldn't take it. When it went through Neumans office, the Ulrich's looked at it one week, offered 18k the next. They then proceeded to tell us we needed to vacate the property in less than two weeks!! We were not given the common courtesy of 30 days. Mr. Ulrich even showed up here asking us to leave before the 1st of Sept! He came to our door today threatening eviction when I told him we need one more week to move because the house we found isn't ready. He is even trying to steal the appliances we own, saying they are property of the house! They do not care my husband is a disabled veteran and that we have babies. (11,3,2). Do not do business with these people, they profit from others misfortune!!!
