Karen is the On-Site Owner at The Goddard School and opened The Goddard School in Jackson Township in 2009. She has her Bachelor's degree in Education from The University of Akron and her Master's degree in Education from Malone. Previous to The Goddard School, Karen was a 3rd-6th grade teacher for Tuslaw and Jackson Local Schools.
Miss Elizabeth is our Center Director here at The Goddard School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Oakland University and brings over 12 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout her career, she has worked with children of all ages, from Infants through 3rd grade. Her passion for child development is endless, and she is deeply dedicated to supporting both the growth of children and the professional development of her teachers.
Miss. Haley is our lead pre-k teacher. She has her associate's degree in early childhood education and is headed into her 5th school year with TGS. You may also find Haley in the front office some mornings as she assists administration in opening our building.
Miss Kayla is our Bridge teacher and works alongside Miss Kaylee to support the children in their learning and growth each day. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and puts her knowledge into practice daily in the classroom. Miss Kayla is passionate about guiding children through new experiences and providing a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
Ms. Kelsey is one of our Pre-K teachers at The Goddard School and holds her bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She is ready to inspire and teach the youth of our future young learners.
Miss Trenidy has been with the Goddard School for a couple of years, and after taking some time away, she is excited to be back! Coming to us from the Boardman location, we are so excited to have her. Teaching has always been her passion—no matter the age group—and she can't wait to shape the young minds here at The Goddard School. She looks forward to meeting new families, connecting with the kiddos, and continuing to do what she loves every day.
Miss Evon is our Toddler 1 teacher. She is one of the most caring individuals at our school, always willing to lend a hand and support wherever needed. Evon is currently pursuing her CDA and is eager to continue growing in her knowledge and passion for early childhood education.
Miss Gillian is our Lead Get-Set teacher and has been with TGS for over 3 years. She has a great impact on all the little ones preparing for preschool. When she is not in school, you can find her photographing nature and going on adventures.
Miss Kaylee is a dedicated teacher in our Bridge classroom, where she works alongside Miss Kayla to support and guide our young learners. She brings over 5 years of experience in early childhood education and is currently working toward earning her CDA credential. Miss Kaylee has a passion for helping children learn through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences, and she loves being part of their growth and development.
Miss Lauren is our Toddler Assistant Teacher and has quickly grown to love all of the children in her classroom. With a background in nursing, she brings a unique perspective to early childhood education, ensuring that the health and well-being of the children remain a top priority. Her caring nature and dedication help create a safe and supportive environment for little ones to learn and grow.
Miss Maleah is one of our floater teachers here at The Goddard School. While you’ll often find her in our older age groups, she is always willing to step in and lend a helping hand wherever needed. Maleah is currently attending Stark State College, pursuing her degree in education, and we are so happy she is continuing her learning journey while gaining hands-on experience with us.
